ABOUT THE SUNS
Solna Volleyball Club is a sports club in Solna that conducts organized volleyball activities. The club has existed under various names since 1972. The club conducts both youth and senior activities with league games under the auspices of the Swedish Volleyball Association .
Our club should be developmental for both new and experienced volleyball players. We want our members to want to strengthen their commitment to the association and be involved in developing the business. We want to conduct our sports and our association so that it develops people positively, both physically and mentally, as well as socially and culturally.

MEET OUR TEAMS
MEN A
Division 1
Solna's men's team competes in Division I and is coached by retired Elite League player Magnus Hellström. The team consists largely of Solna-raised talents aged 18-20 who have made their way up through the league system, and is further strengthened by some more experienced players.
WOMEN A
Division 1
Solna's women's team is being coached for the fourth season by national team coach David Ottosson and is aiming to once again place itself at the top of the table. The squad consists of 15 players with young talents from the club, as well as international players from Italy, Finland, Poland and Germany.

Do you want to become part of the community?
Our club was founded in 1972 and has a strong tradition. We are one of the largest clubs in Stockholm and our goal is to welcome everyone, to make many stay for a long time and to make players better! Solna has a long-term vision to sustainably reach the Elite and in the last three years five players have taken the step up to the Elitserien via Solna and more are on the way. We are very proud of that!
